Los Angeles Chargers Place Edge Joey Bosa On Injured Reserve

Los Angeles Chargers Edge Joey Bosa suffered a foot sprain during Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers and will be placed on injured reserve. He'll miss a minimum of four games, and it's unclear if he'll return this season.

Bosa suffered the injury early in the first quarter and had to be carted off the field. He was emotional as he was taken back to the locker room.

Bosa has 6.5 sacks, six tackles for loss and eight quarterback hits in nine games this season. Coach Brandon Staley said LB Tanner Muse will also go on IR with a knee injury.

The Chargers fell to 4-6 with the loss to Green Bay and are in last place in the AFC West.
