2023 International Series
Week 4
Atlanta Falcons vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
- Where:Â Wembley Stadium | London
- When:Â 9:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 1
- How to watch:Â ESPN+
The Atlanta Falcons are looking to rebound after a 7-10 season. The team spent the offseason adding prominent names on defense, like safety Jessie Bates, cornerback Jeff Okudah and IDL Calais Campbell. The Falcons also added to their offense by selecting Texas RB Bijan Robinson No. 8 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.
As for the Jacksonville Jaguars, they have an opportunity to build on their improbable run to the AFC's divisional round last season. Trevor Lawrence showed he could be a true franchise quarterback, and he's getting more help in 2023 with the return of Calvin Ridley from his gambling suspension. Ridley is a former Falcon, making this a potential revenge game.
Week 5
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Buffalo BillsÂ
- Where:Â Tottenham Hotspur Stadium | London
- When:Â 9:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 8
- How to watch:Â NFL Network
The Jaguars will make history with their second London appearance, becoming the first team to play consecutive games in London. However, the Buffalo Bills will be considered the home team in their Week 5 matchup.
The Bills won their third straight AFC East crown last season but suffered a home loss in the divisional round to the Cincinnati Bengals. Still, the Bills, led by QB Josh Allen, are expected to be among the AFC's elite this season.
Week 6
Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans
- Where: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium | London
- When:Â 9:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 15
- How to watch:Â NFL Network
After an offseason filled with uncertainty, the Baltimore Ravens and Lamar Jackson finally agreed to a long-term extension in late April. Jackson has a lot of new weapons on offense this season, including Odell Beckham Jr. and WR Zay Flowers, who the team selected in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Boston College.
The Tennessee Titans are coming off a disappointing season and a mostly quiet offseason. The Titans lost their final seven games of 2022, allowing the Jaguars to win the AFC South. With QB Ryan Tannehill and RB Derrick Henry back healthy, the Titans will look to return to their winning ways in 2023.
Week 9
Miami Dolphins vs. Kansas City Chiefs
- Where:Â Frankfurt Stadium | Frankfurt, Germany
- When:Â 9:30 a.m. ET on Nov. 5
- How to watch:Â NFL Network
With the London games done, the NFL will take its talents to Frankfurt, Germany, in Week 9. The matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins was supposed to be Tyreek Hill's first game back at Arrowhead Stadium since he was traded.
Instead, the Frankfurt faithful will be treated to a game between two teams expected to compete for the AFC title this season. This game should have plenty of fireworks, as Patrick Mahomes leads an explosive Chiefs offense against the newly acquired Jalen Ramsey and the rest of the Dolphins' defense.
Week 10
Indianapolis Colts vs. New England PatriotsÂ
- Where:Â Frankfurt Stadium | Frankfurt, Germany
- When:Â 9:30 a.m. ET on Nov. 12
- How to watch:Â NFL Network
The Indianapolis Colts went through a lot of change this offseason. They hired Shane Steichen as their new coach and selected Florida QB Anthony Richardson with the No. 4 overall pick. If Richardson doesn't start at the beginning of the season, it's hard to imagine he won't be under center for this late-season matchup.
Mac Jones and the New England Patriots are coming off an underwhelming 2022 season. The Patriots hired Bill O'Brien as their offensive coordinator, hoping he could get Jones' development back on track. This will be O'Brien's second stint with the Patriots.
