Buccaneers' Fournette Ruled Out

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette (hip) is officially out for the team's game against the Browns on Sunday, according to ESPN. Fournette was limited in practice this week before the team ruled him out. Rookie Rachaad White is expected to start.

Rhule Officially Named Nebraska's Head Coach

Matt Rhule, fired by the Panthers just two months ago, was officially hired by Nebraska, the school announced.

Rhule, who became a prominent coach at the collegiate ranks before being hired by Carolina, finalized the deal with Cornhuskers’ officials to replace interim head coach Mickey Joseph, who took over the program after Scott Frost was fired three games into the current season. Carolina fired Rhule as their head coach on Oct. 11, ending his two-and-a-half-year tenure with the franchise.

At the time of his dismissal, Rhule was owed $34 million by the Panthers.

Cardinals Activate WR Brown

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown (foot) is being activated off of injured reserve and is expected to play against the Chargers on Sunday, per ESPN. Brown has been out since Week 6 and will be playing with DeAndre Hopkins for the first time since the Cardinals traded for him in April.

Bears Add Peterman to Active Roster

Chicago Bears quarterback Nathan Peterman has been elevated from the practice squad to the active roster, according to NFL Media. The move comes ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jets in which Justin Fields is questionable with a shoulder injury. If Fields is unable to go Peterman would serve as the team's backup to Trevor Siemian.

Ravens' Likely Downgraded to Out

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely has been downgraded from questionable to out due to an ankle injury. Likely, a second-round pick in this year's draft, has 18 catches for 206 yards with two touchdowns on the year.

Bills Sign Rhodes from Practice Squad

The Buffalo Bills signed cornerback Xavier Rhodes to their active roster, according to ESPN. Rhodes has been on the Bills practice squad since September, now he is on the active roster.
