Jets Will Start Wilson on TNF

Jets quarterback Zach Wilson will make his second straight start on Thursday night against the Jaguars, Robert Saleh told reporters. Mike White, who suffered a ribs injury in Week 14, was not cleared for contact.

Wilson started in the team’s loss to the Lions in Week 15 and showed some statistical improvement from his previous starts. He completed 18-of-35 passes for 317 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. However, the Jets still lost, making Thursday’s game critical to their playoff chances.
