Dolphins' Ogbah Suffers Season-Ending Injury

Miami Dolphins defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah will miss the rest of the season after suffering a torn triceps on Sunday, ESPN reported. Ogbah, who recorded 9 sacks in each of the previous two seasons before signing a 4-year, $65 million contract extension to return to the Dolphins, had only one sack in nine games this year.

Cooper Kupp Helped to Bench

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp needed help getting to the bench after suffering what appeared to be a right leg injury. The Rams indicated that Kupp had suffered an ankle injury and was doubtful to return to the game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Trace McSorley Temporarily Replaces Colt McCoy

Arizona Cardinals backup QB Colt McCoy briefly exited the game against the Los Angeles Rams due to an apparent knee injury. Third-string QB Trace McSorley took over for a handful of snaps before McCoy returned to the field.

The Cardinals had to dip into their quarterback depth due to an injury to starter Kyler Murray, who missed the game due to a hamstring injury.

Ertz Leaves With Injury

Arizona Cardinals tight end Zach Ertz was carted to the locker room with a knee injury early in the team's game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

Ertz walked off the field on his own power and went into the medical tent before being carted to the locker room. Per ESPN, Ertz is expected to miss multiple weeks due to this knee injury. The team believes his ACL to be intact, but will undergo an MRI on Monday to clarify.

Colts' Ryan Starting QB in Week 10

The Indianapolis Colts once again turned to veteran quarterback Matt Ryan under center. Ryan is the team's starter for their Week 10 matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Earlier in the week new Colts head coach Jeff Saturday stood behind QB Sam Ehlinger as his starter. On game day, however, Saturday opted for a more experienced option. Ryan started the season as the team's starter but after seven uninspiring weeks, the team turned to the younger Ehlinger hoping to spark the offense.

Ryan was the 2016 NFL MVP with the Falcons. He was the starting quarterback in Atlanta for fourteen consecutive seasons up until into his 2022 campaign with Indianapolis.

Smith-Schuster Takes Big Hit, Removed From Game

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster took a big hit during the team's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday and was removed from the game. Smith-Schuster has entered concussion protocol and is out for the game, the team announced.

Smith-Schuster was helped to the sideline by his teammates but went straight to the locker room.

Jeudy Ruled Out

Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy suffered an ankle injury on the first play of Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans and has been officially ruled out, according to the team.

Beckham Jr. Ready to Go

Free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was officially cleared to resume football activity and could sign with a team after Thanksgiving, Fox's Jay Glazier reported.

Teams tried to bring in Beckham Jr. for visits this week, but he wanted some time to get into football shape. The Dallas Cowboys are rumored to be one of the teams pursuing OBJ the hardest.

Barkley, Giants Talking Extension

The New York Giants and running back Saquon Barkley began talks around a contract extension during the team's Week 9 Bye, NFL Media reported. Barkley is currently playing on the option of his original rookie contract and would be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season.

Additional reporting indicates the team and Barkley will table ongoing discussions until the end of the season.

Smith Staying Long Term?

The Seattle Seahawks and quarterback Geno Smith are expected to have contract talks at the end of the season that would keep the signal caller in Seattle for the future, NFL Media reported. Smith's cap hit for 2022 is just $3.5 million but given how well he's played this season, it's hard to imagine that number not increasing in 2023.
