Chargers' James Ejected for Vicious Hit; Tua In Concussion Protocol; Jets to Start White

Jets Moving on From Zach Wilson?
The Jets are preparing to move on from second-year quarterback Zach Wilson this offseason after selecting him No. 2 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, FOX Sports reported.
Wilson has struggled in his second campaign, completing only 54.5% of his throws for 1,688 yards and six touchdowns, with seven interceptions. Wilson has been benched on multiple occasions, including in Thursday's loss to the Jaguars, when the team turned to Chris Streveler.
Wilson also struggled as a rookie, playing to a 3-10 record as the starter and throwing 11 interceptions against only nine touchdowns across those 13 games.
Rivera Doesn't Commit to Starter
Commanders coach Ron Rivera would not commit to keeping Taylor Heinicke as the team's starting quarterback in a postgame press conference on Saturday. Heinicke was benched in the fourth quarter of the team's game against the 49ers in favor of Carson Wentz. Washington trailed the 49ers 30-14 when Wentz entered the game and ultimately lost 37-20.
The Commanders started the season with Wentz at the helm but went to Heinicke after Wentz was injured and the team was 2-4. Heinicke is 5-2-1 as a starter this season.
Panthers' Horn Suffers Broken Wrist
Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn suffered a broken wrist against the Detroit Lions on Saturday, the Panthers announced. Horn was carted to the locker room late in the fourth quarter, and it seems like his chances to play again this season are slim.
The Panthers still won on Sunday, keeping their hopes of securing the NFC South division title alive. However losing Horn, who has four interceptions this season, could put those hopes in jeopardy.
Texans-Titans Delayed One Hour
To help support efforts to provide power to the entire state, the NFL delayed the start of the Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans contest by one hour, moving the game to a 2 p.m., the team announced.
The move came shortly after Nashville mayor John Cooper asked the Titans to postpone the game to reduce the load on the state's power grid. With a high demand for power in the state, the Tennessee Valley Authority is having local companies reduce their load, with intermittent blackouts keeping a lighter load on the grid.
The Titans were one of several teams across the central and eastern U.S. hosting a game in single-digit temperatures, with wind chills well below zero.
Tannehill Out For Regular Season
Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill will miss at least the rest of the end of the regular season after undergoing ankle surgery, ESPN reported. He is unlikely to make it back should the team go on an extended postseason run.
Tannehill has appeared in 12 games this season, missing two due to injury. He led the team to a 6-6 record in his starts. The Titans are 1-2 in games Tannehill has missed, including Sunday's loss to the Texans.
Seahawks' Lucas Re-Aggravates Elbow Injury
Seattle Seahawks right tackle Abraham Lucas left the game against the Kansas City Chiefs after re-aggravating an elbow injury from earlier in the season.
It was originally announced Lucas suffered a thigh injury. Coach Pete Carroll told the media Lucas could have stayed in the game, but they felt it was better to rest him.
