Quarterback Ryan Tannehill left the Titans' game against the Chargers early in the first quarter with an ankle injury. However, the veteran was able to come back into the game a few minutes into the second quarter of action. He missed just one series.

After leaving the game, Tannehill was attended to in the team's medical tent on the sideline, and a cart was later called to take him to the locker room for further evaluation.

Chicago Bears offensive lineman Teven Jenkins was carted off the field after he went down early in Sunday's game against the Eagles and was ruled out with a neck injury, the team announced.

He appeared to take a helmet-to-helmet hit before going down. Jenkins was put on a backboard to stabilize his head and neck while his teammates stood around him.

Huntley Ruled Out

Falcons running back Caleb Huntley was ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints with an ankle injury, the team reported. Huntley is Atlanta's third-string running back, but he typically gets worked into the rotation with Cordarrelle Patterson and Tyler Allgeier.

Sanborn Suffers Ankle Injury

The Bears lost yet another player to injury on Sunday as linebacker Jack Sanborn won't return against the Eagles due to an ankle injury, the team announced. The UDFA from Wisconsin has been a bright spot for the Chicago defense this season.
