Anthony Richardson Has AC Joint Injury
Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson was ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Tennessee Titans due to a shoulder injury he sustained late in the first half. After the game, Richardson was reportedly diagnosed with an AC Joint sprain. The young quarterback’s X-rays were negative.
Richardson was running out to his right when two Titans defenders landed on him. He left the field with his throwing arm limp by his side.
Richardson missed one game earlier this season because of a concussion and was replaced by Gardner Minshew, who replaced Richardson again on Sunday. — 5:00 p.m.
Daniel Jones Exits With Neck Injury
New York Giants QB Daniel Jones exited the second half of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins due to a neck injury. Jones was quickly taken to the locker room and ruled out for the remainder of the game. Tyrod Taylor replaced Jones.
Jones was sacked 11 times last week against the Seattle Seahawks and was sacked six more times by the Dolphins before leaving the game. — 3:40 p.m.
