Team Building 101: Dak Prescott Deserves Better From Dallas Cowboys

The notion that Dak Prescott is the problem with the Dallas Cowboys is preposterous to Sam Monson, Steve Palazzolo and longtime NFL executive Joe Banner. If the Cowboys want to take a step forward, their coaches must avoid reverting to conservative play-calling and make better in-game adjustments.

Joe Banner is a former front office executive for the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns who was last in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons as a consultant in 2015. While in the NFL, Banner was part of an Eagles franchise that made a Super Bowl and played in four NFC Championship games.
Sam Monson is the current Lead NFL Analyst at Pro Football Focus (PFF). He is also the co-host of the PFF NFL podcast and assists in developing consumer products for the company. Monson was a part of the initial core team at PFF, starting in 2008, and played a critical role in the company's growth and expansion.
Steve Palazzolo is a current Senior Analyst and the Director of Video Content at Pro Football Focus (PFF). Palazzolo is responsible for managing the development of PFF Ultimate, PFF IQ and is the co-host of the PFF NFL podcast. Palazzolo was one of the first full-time employees at PFF, starting in 2011.
