 Big QB Movers

Trevor Lawrence – 8th (Previously 9th)

Trevor Lawrence is scoring just the 16th-highest points per game among all quarterbacks with 17.5. But with him holding a top 10 film grade score, he’s a likely candidate for positive regression.

This is especially true given his adjusted yards per attempt and passing touchdown rate were better last season than this season. He’s also up to 2.9 rushing points per game, around the range we’ve seen high-end scorers such as Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert and Joe Burrow hover around. Better production is coming for Lawrence.

Jordan Love – 22nd (Previously 21st)

Jordan Love simply has not been good despite posting 19.9 points per game through the season’s first seven weeks. His 5.9 adjusted yards per attempt ranks 25th among all quarterbacks, while his 6.5 yards per attempt ranks 26th.

It’s not as if we’ve had a prior sample size that points to Love being a strong peripheral producer. In fact, to find that, we have to go back to his final season at Utah State, where he posted just 6.4 adjusted yards per attempt.

52 26.2 Years Old Darrell Henderson Los Angeles Rams
53 24.3 Years Old Jordan Mason San Francisco 49ers

 Big RB Movers

Alvin Kamara – 9th (Previously 14th)

Alvin Kamara’s 24.8 percent target share leads all running backs. The next closest is more than eight percent less. And Kamara’s 1.13 yards per team pass attempt only trail Christian McCaffrey

Kamara is breaking fantasy football as a receiver out of the backfield, and he’s also getting more than 60 percent of the carries for the New Orleans Saints

This has helped lead him to 21.2 points per game since returning from suspension in Week 4. Despite being 28 years old, Kamara is a dynasty RB1.

Tony Pollard – 13th (Previously 11th)

Tony Pollard is posting 14.6 points per game, good for RB14, which is around where we have him ranked. It’s not as if Pollard’s usage has been poor. He’s holding a 52.7 percent carry percentage with a 14.9 percent target share.

But his carry percentage ranks 19th among all running backs, and his 2.03 yards per team rush attempt ranks 24th. His rushing inefficiency has held him back from elite-level production this season.

However, his receiving efficiency and production have been solid, allowing Pollard a clear path to finishing as an RB1 in 2023.

Brian Robinson – 27th (Previously 24th)

From Brian Robinson’s prospect profile and rookie season, we've known he was unlikely to be a legitimate receiving threat, which his 5.5 percent target share proves. That lack of receiving production already leaves Robinson with a capped ceiling.

Also, as his rushing workload has shrunk in recent weeks, his production has, too. Through the season's first three weeks, Robinson held a 74.3 percent carry percentage. Since then, he’s been rushing for just a 49.4 percent carry percentage. Robinson having high-end production is becoming hard to envision.

 Big WR Movers

Puka Nacua – 4th (Previously 7th)

Another week, another increase in Puka Nacua’s dynasty rank. But how can we not move him up? The sample size for his immense production grows, and he keeps producing absurd peripherals alongside Cooper Kupp

Through seven weeks, Nacua is holding a 32 percent target share and 2.94 yards per team pass attempt, which would beat out Odell Beckham Jr. for the highest ever by a rookie wide receiver.

It’s not as if this production came without Kupp playing, either. Nacua has posted a 33.4 percent target share and 2.77 yards per team pass attempt since Kupp returned. As hard as it is, don’t find yourself too low on Nacua.

Jordan Addison – 20th (Previously 23rd)

Jordan Addison had a breakout performance Monday night with 31.3 fantasy points. Those points came from an outstanding 30.3 percent target rate and 3.73 yards per route run. The outlook becomes even more exciting when breakout performances come from elite rookie prospects.

In the past three seasons, the only elite rookie prospects to post a 20-fantasy-point performance in their first eight weeks are Ja’Marr Chase, Jaylen Waddle, Garrett Wilson, Drake London and Addison.

Josh Downs – 39th (Previously 52nd)

Josh Downs came into the league as an upside prospect. In the first seven weeks, he’s shown that upside. His 12.2 points per game come off of a 19.2 percent target share, 1.64 yards per team pass attempt and a 7.8 average depth of target.

Those are quality and intriguing peripherals, leading to solid rookie production.

That production doesn’t sound like much, however, the only upside prospects to post at least 12 points per game are Keenan Allen, Calvin Ridley, Percy Harvin, Brandin Cooks, Tee Higgins and Kelvin Benjamin. There is plenty to like from Downs.

6 31.1 Years Old Darren Waller New York Giants
7 29.2 Years Old Evan Engram Jacksonville Jaguars

29 33.0 Years Old Zach Ertz Arizona Cardinals
30 24.1 Years Old Chigoziem Okonkwo Tennessee Titans
31 33.2 Years Old Taysom Hill New Orleans Saints
32 26.9 Years Old Dawson Knox Buffalo Bills

 Big TE Movers

Dalton Kincaid – 11th (Previously 14th)

Dalton Kincaid enjoyed a breakout performance in Week 7: He had his first game above 12 fantasy points (with 19.5). There is plenty to like, with a 19.5 percent target share and 1.83 yards per team pass attempt against the New England Patriots

It was also announced that TE Dawson Knox is headed to IR, which likely allows Kincaid to increase his 69 percent route participation. But if his 4.3 average target depth doesn’t increase, Kincaid finds himself lacking true upside.

Trey McBride – 14th (Previously 19th)

To start his second season, Trey McBride has looked quite good on a per-route basis. He holds a target rate of 23.1 percent with a yards per route run of 1.87. Those would be the fifth- and fourth-highest marks for all tight ends with at least 30 percent route participation.

Those targets are coming down the field, courtesy of McBride’s 6.5 average depth of target. Most importantly, McBride should get more opportunities in the coming weeks. It was announced that Zach Ertz, who holds 71.8 percent route participation compared with McBride’s 35.1 percent, is headed to IR.
