Gibson Poised for Extra Work With McKissic Out

The Washington Commanders' Antonio Gibson is in line for some extra work on Monday night, with J.D. McKissic among the team's inactives for their Week 10 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. McKissic served as a pass-catching specialist out of the team's backfield, a role Gibson is more inclined to fill in his stead than fellow committee member Brian Robinson Jr. Also among the inactives for the contest is linebacker Cole Holcomb, the team's leading tackler.

Nothing New Among Eagles' Inactives

The undefeated Eagles will be at nearly full strength for their Week 10 contest against the Commanders. The team's inactives list features many of the same names it has throughout the season. Among the five players listed, only running back Trey Sermon (two games) has taken the field this year. Philadelphia will be without one key member of the secondary, however, with cornerback Avonte Maddox going on injured reserve earlier in the day. Mario Goodrich was elevated to fill his spot on the roster.
