NFL Week 8 doesn't feature any international games or Monday night double-headers, but there are still some exciting PrizePicks more-less picks on the board.

The Chicago Bears and Caleb Williams will take on Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders in a battle of the top two picks from the 2024 NFL Draft. Meanwhile, two of the most iconic franchises in the NFC, the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys, look to turn their seasons around on Sunday Night Football.

Even some of the less exciting matchups will feature interesting matchups, so let's dive into five of the best more-less picks from PrizePicks in Week 8.

Aaron Jones 71.5 rushing Yards: More

Aaron Jones has quickly reestablished himself as one of the best running backs in the NFL, carrying the workload in the Minnesota Vikings backfield.

In three of his last four games, Jones has rushed for at least 93 yards. His only game under that number was a seven-carry, 29-yard performance in London against the New York Jets, but he exited that game early due to an injury.

Now that he's healthy again, Jones continues to gash opponents, which should continue this week against the Los Angeles Rams. Sean McVay's team is giving up 151.7 rushing yards per game, the third most in the league.

Look for a healthy dose of Jones on Thursday night to give the Vikings a balanced offensive attack.

Christian Watson Longest Reception 16.5 Yards: MORE

It was a quiet game for Christian Watson in the team's Week 7 win against the Houston Texans. However, the 6-foot-4 speedster is always a threat to break off a huge gain.

Watson caught just one pass for nine yards last Sunday. He's had multiple quiet games this year but has also averaged 17.4 yards per reception, racking up big plays in key moments off of Jordan Love shot plays, including this 44-yard touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Jaguars have the worst defensive DVOA in the NFL and the worst pass defense. Josh Hines-Allen is an electric pass rusher, but there's little talent (and even less discipline) on the rest of the depth chart.

Matt LaFleur should have a handful of shot plays installed to take advantage of Jacksonville's defense, and it could end up being a huge game for Watson with one or two explosive catches.

Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud

C.J. Stroud 243.5 Passing Yards: Less

The Houston Texans are missing Nico Collins more than they might have originally expected.

Collins suffered a hamstring injury a couple of weeks ago against the Buffalo Bills. Before the injury, he had established himself as the most efficient receiver in the league, catching 32 passes for 567 yards, three touchdowns, and a league-leading 3.50 yards per route run.

C.J. Stroud has struggled to air it out without his top weapon. He's thrown for 278 combined pass yards in the last two games, including just 86 yards against the Packers.

The Indianapolis Colts defense is struggling this year, but Jaylon Jones has started to emerge as a playmaking cornerback, while Kenny Moore II is a reliable slot corner. Those two could do enough to handle Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs, making it that much harder for Stroud to air it out.

That, combined with the fact that the Texans could try to emphasize the run this week, could make it hard for Stroud to break 243.5 passing yards.

A.J. Brown 5.5 Receptions: More

Jalen Hurts finally reunited with A.J. Brown during the last couple of games, and the two have quickly picked up where they left off.

While he hasn't had a heavy volume of targets since returning from a hamstring injury, Brown has still had a major impact on the offense. During the last two games, he's caught 11-of-14 targets for 205 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including this deep shot on fourth down.

The Philadelphia Eagles should look to target Brown early and often this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. According to FTN Fantasy, the Bengals are 22nd in the league in covering No. 1 receivers by defensive DVOA.

Brown doesn't always operate as a player who relies on high volume. However, six catches feels more than reasonable with this kind of matchup.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen

Josh Allen 1.5 Passing Touchdowns: More

Lamar Jackson may be generating a lot of MVP talk after last week's performance, but Josh Allen belongs in that conversation with one of the best seasons of his career.

Along with 1,483 passing yards and 12 touchdowns through the air, Allen has zero interceptions through seven games. His 108.4 passer rating right now would be the best mark of his career, and his 7.8 yards per attempt are close to his career high.

The Seattle Seahawks present a tough matchup, but the Bills have added even more firepower to their offense by trading for Amari Cooper. The veteran receiver thrived in his Buffalo debut, catching four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown.

Allen suddenly has plenty of weapons to throw to, and that should mean a handful of opportunities to find the end zone through the air. Look for the Bills quarterback to continue his MVP campaign with another strong outing against a playoff-caliber team.
