Commanders Delay Young's Return, Place McKissic on IR
Washington Commanders defensive end Chase Young (ACL) will not be activated for the team's game on Sunday, according to ESPN. Young is within the team's 21-day window to activate on the 53-man roster. Commanders have until Wednesday of next week to activate him or else he will miss the remainder of the season.
Running back J.D. McKissic (neck), who has missed the team's last two games, is being placed on season-ending injured reserve. According to NFL Media, McKissic will begin rehab for his injury with expectations of starting in the 2023 season.
Panthers Activate Chinn, Will Play Against the Ravens
Carolina Panthers safety Jeremy Chinn (hamstring) has been activated off the injured reserve list and will play in Sunday's matchup against the Ravens, according to ESPN.
Saints Activate Newly Signed David Johnson
New Orleans Saints running back David Johnson will be active for the team's game against the Rams on Sunday, according to ESPN. Johnson was signed to the practice squad initially on Wednesday before being added to the active roster today.
Lions Activate WR Chark Off IR
Detroit Lions wide receiver D.J. Chark (ankle) has been activated off of injured reserve and will be active in the team's matchup against the Giants, according to NFL media.
Chargers Downgrade Tight End Everett
Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett is questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, according to ESPN.
