Grades for Every 2024 NFL Draft RD 4, 5 Pick

101. Carolina Panthers Ja'Tavion Sanders, TE, Texas

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 245 pounds

Strengths
  • Smooth route runner.
  • Can play inline or the slot.
  • Strong at the catch point and after.
Weaknesses
  • Downfield speed and post-catch agility are average.
  • More of an effort blocker than an impactful one.

Team Fit: Incredible value for a player who projects as a dynamic pass-catcher from the tight end position. Bryce Young gets a needed weapon.

Grade: A

102. Denver Broncos: Troy Franklin, WR, Oregon

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 176 pounds

Strengths
  • Equally dangerous on vertical routes from the slot or outside.
  • Effortlessly accelerates to great top speed.
  • Erases pursuit angles with long gait.
Weaknesses
  • Lanky frame struggles with physicality.
  • Can't sink his hips to explode through routes.

Team Fit: Troy Franklin fell due to character concerns, but he's a dynamic speedster who will fit into rotation for Denver. The Broncos had a big need, and this was an unexpected value.

Grade: A-

103. New England Patriots: Layden Robinson, OL, Texas A&M

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 302 pounds

Strengths
  • Strong anchor
  • Great hands

104. Arizona Cardinals: Dadrion Taylor-Demerson, S, Texas Tech

Height: 5-foot-10

Weight: 197 pounds

Strengths
  • Terrific awareness and IQ
  • Playmaker
  • Deep zone instincts
Weaknesses
  • Stiff in man coverage
  • Pursuit angles

Team Fit: Versatility and playmaking are in Dadrion Taylor-Demerson's genes. Arizona will get him on the field early and benefit from his field vision and high football IQ.

Grade: B+

105. Los Angeles Chargers: Justin Eboigbe, IDL, Alabama

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 297 pounds

Strengths
  • Great length
  • Positional flexibility
  • Effective hand usage

Team Fit: The Chargers continue to add toughness and beef in the trenches. Justin Eboigbe has significant physical limitations that have to be overcome with intentional development.

Grade: C

106. Tennessee Titans: Cedric Gray, LB, North Carolina

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 234 pounds

Strengths
  • Impactful three-down player
  • Fast processor
  • Speed and range
Weaknesses
  • Block shedding
  • Tackling form

Team Fit: Tennessee is a great spot for Cedric Gray, who requires great linemen to open rush lanes for him.

Grade: A

Penn State Nittany Lions tight end Theo Johnson
Utah Utes cornerback Zemaiah Vaughn (16) tackles Penn State Nittany Lions tight end Theo Johnson (84) in the first half of the 109th Rose Bowl game at the Rose Bowl. (Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports)

107. New York Giants: Theo Johnson, TE, Penn State

Height: 6-foot-6

Weight: 259 pounds

Strengths
  • Elite size and vertical athleticism
  • Play strength
  • Blocking ability
Weaknesses
  • Raw route runner
  • Lacks burst

Team Fit: Theo Johnson is a better player on paper than he is on the field, but he can make an early impact with Darren Waller's future in question.

Grade: B

108. Minnesota Vikings: Khyree Jackson, CB, Oregon

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 194 pounds

Strengths
  • Disruption at the catch point
  • Press technique
  • Discipline
Weaknesses
  • Run support
  • Consistency

Team Fit: Khyree Jackson's still developing but his blend of size and speed give him big-time potential. The Vikings needed someone to get on the field in 2024, and Jackson has the tools to be a long-term starter.

Grade: B+

Oregon Ducks defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus

Height: 6-foot-3

Weight: 283 pounds

Strengths
  • Powerful frame
  • Fast, effective hands
  • Versatility
Weaknesses
  • Pad level
  • Consistent disruption

Team Fit: This is a great fit for Brandon Dorlus. He can play all along the line on Day 1 with his blend of athleticism, strength and awareness.

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 202 pounds

Strengths
  • Toughness at catch point
  • Crafty route runner
  • YAC creation
Weaknesses
  • Separation
  • Route running precision
  • Overall athletic upside

Team Fit: Javon Baker brings tremendous effort and strength but struggles to separate. He's a boom-or-bust player, considering his lack of burst. Drake Maye will have to trust him to win at the catch point, or else he'll wash out of the league.

Grade: C

111. Green Bay Packers: Evan Williams, S, Oregon

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 200 pounds

Strengths
  • Closing speed
  • Box defense
  • Physicality
Weaknesses
  • Discipline
  • Tackling
  • Agility

Team Fit: Evan Williams is a big hitter but unreliable in coverage. He'll jump routes and bite whenever offenses target him. This was a big reach.

Grade: D

112. Las Vegas Raiders: Demarcion Richardson, S, Texas A&M

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 188 pounds

Strengths
  • Speed
  • Tackling
  • Upside
Weaknesses
  • Ball skills
  • Transition footwork
  • Instincts

Team Fit: He goes earlier than expected, but the raw traits are worth investing in. Vegas needed athleticism, and Demcarion Richardson was one of the best developmental talents on Day 3.

Grade: B-

North Carolina Tar Heels wide receiver Devontez Walker
North Carolina Tar Heels wide receiver Devontez Walker (9) catches the ball as Duke Blue Devils cornerback Al Blades Jr. (7) defends in the first quarter at Kenan Memorial Stadium. (Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports)

Weight: 193 pounds

Strengths
  • Major vertical threat
  • YAC creator
  • Athleticism at catch point
Weaknesses

Grade: C

114. Jacksonville Jaguars: Javon Foster, OL, Missouri

Height: 6-foot-5

Weight: 308 pounds

Strengths
  • Hand strength
  • Impact run blocker
  • Good awareness
Weaknesses
  • Weak anchor
  • Balance and pad level
  • Hand timing

Team Fit: Javon Foster fits as a backup who can develop behind Cam Robinson and potentially push to be a starter in the future.

Grade: B

Iowa TE Erick All
Iowa Hawkeyes tight end Erick All (83) catches a touchdown pass from quarterback Deacon Hill (not pictured) as Purdue Boilermakers Markevious Brown (1) defends during the fourth quarter at Kinnick Stadium. (Jeffrey Becker-USA TODAY Sports)

115. Cincinnati Bengals: Erick All, TE, Iowa

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 252 pounds

Strengths
  • YAC efficiency
  • Smooth runner
  • Separation
Weaknesses
  • Blocking power
  • Torn ACL
  • Finishing through contact

Team Fit: He's an older player at a position that takes time to develop, but Erick All's efficiency and separation ability should be a strong fit for Joe Burrow.

Grade: B-

116. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jordan Jefferson, IDL, LSU

Height: 6-foot-3

Weight: 313 pounds

Strengths
  • Powerful frame
  • Fast, effective hands
  • Versatility
Weaknesses
  • Pad level
  • Consistent disruption

Team Fit: Jacksonville needed depth along the defensive front, and Jordan Jefferson has the ability to play multiple spots. He's super strong but needs consistency.

Grade: B

Wisconsin Badgers offensive lineman Tanor Bortolini
Wisconsin Badgers offensive lineman Tanor Bortolini (63) against the Oklahoma State Cowboys during the 2022 Guaranteed Rate Bowl at Chase Field. (Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports)

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 303 pounds

Strengths
  • Strong base
  • Quick feet
  • Versatility
Weaknesses
  • Reactiveness
  • Upper-body strength
  • Length

Team Fit: A great athlete who was effective at multiple positions, Tanor Bortolini has the tools to be a standout center or decent guard.

Grade: B-

118. Seattle Seahawks: Tyrice Knight, LB, UTEP

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 233 pounds

Strengths
  • Super productive
  • Finisher
  • Speed
Weaknesses
  • Man coverage experience
  • Discipline
  • Power

Team Fit: Tyrice Knight was impossible to miss at UTEP as he flew to the ball. But he gets lost in traffic and struggles with physicality. He landed in a good spot behind a great defensive line.

Grade: C+

119. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mason McCormick, IOL, South Dakota State

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 309 pounds

Strengths
  • Aggressive nature
  • High awareness
  • Pure strength
Weaknesses
  • Wide hand placement
  • Pad level
  • Age

Team Fit: Although his demeanor is perfect to be a star, Mason McCormick's physical cut takes away his ability to drive opponents back as he wants. He's best suited to become a quality backup.

Grade: C-

Tennessee running back Jaylen Wright carries the football
Tennessee Volunteers running back Jaylen Wright (0) runs the ball against the Vanderbilt Commodores during the first half at Neyland Stadium. (Randy Sartin-USA TODAY Sports)

120. Miami Dolphins: Jaylen Wright, RB, Tennessee

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 210 pounds

Strengths
  • Downhill speed
  • Contact balance
  • Pass catching playmaker
Weaknesses
  • Short-area agility
  • Consistent vision

Team Fit: Jaylen Wright is a talented back who produces some big plays, but he's a complementary back. Miami moved a 2025 third-round pick to land him, and he'll be a part-time player.

Grade: D

121. Seattle Seahawks: AJ Barner, TE, MIchigan

Height: 6-foot-6

Weight: 251 pounds

Strengths
  • Great blocker
  • Strong frame
Weaknesses
  • Explosiveness
  • Pass-catching production

Team Fit: Taking a blocking tight end is never attractive. While he will eventually fill a role, Seattle could've added someone with any type of pass-catching potential.

Grade: D

122. Chicago Bears: Tory Taylor, P, Iowa

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 223 pounds

Strengths
  • Major leg strength
  • Good hang time
Weaknesses
  • Directional aim
  • Touch

Team Fit: Tory Taylor is a good punter who will be a long-term starter. His control and aim need improving, but the traits are there. Chicago didn't have many picks, so seeing them use a quality one on Taylor is shocking.

Grade: D

OOhio State Buckeyes tight end Cade Stover (8) catches a pass over Michigan Wolverines linebacker Jimmy Rolder (30) during the first half of a game at Michigan Stadium on Nov. 25, 2023. (USA TODAY Sports)

123. Houston Texans: Cade Stover, TE, Ohio State

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 247 pounds

Strengths
  • Ball skills
  • Competitiveness
  • Reliability
Weaknesses
  • Explosive speed
  • Blocking impact

Team Fit: Farmer Gronk reunites with C.J. Stroud. Stroud is the right kind of QB to maximize Cade Stover's high-pointing abilities. He'll be a nice complement to the offense in a smaller role.

Grade: B-

124. San Francisco 49ers: Malik Mustapha, S, Wake Forest

Height: 5-foot-10

Weight: 209 pounds

Strengths
  • A+ tackler
  • Great range
  • Fluid athlete
Weaknesses
  • Instincts
  • Struggles in man coverage

Team Fit: There's not a better tackler in the class. Malik Mustapha is a great replacement for Tashaun Gipson.

Grade: A

Oregon running back Bucky Irving hurdles a defender
Oregon Ducks running back Bucky Irving (0) hurdles over Liberty Flames defensive back Brandon Bishop (6) during the second half in the 2024 Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium on Jan. 1, 2024. (Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports)

125. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Bucky Irving, RB, Oregon

Height: 5-foot-9

Weight: 192 pounds

Strengths
  • Balance through contact
  • Explosive speed
  • Creative feel for big plays
Weaknesses
  • Pass protection upside
  • Bounces runs
  • Consistency between the tackles

Team Fit: Bucky Irving will take some negative runs if the blocking isn't good, and Tampa's line struggled to generate holes in 2023. However, Irving's explosiveness is a welcome addition, and the pick value was strong.

Grade: B+

126. Detroit Lions: Giovanni Manu, OT, British Columbia

Height: 6-foot-7

Weight: 352 pounds

Strengths
  • Size
  • Looks natural
  • Great athlete
Weaknesses
  • Narrow base
  • Inexperience

Team Fit: Giovanni Manu might become great if he's given time to develop. He's a true flier, but the traits are amazing.

Grade: C

127. Philadelphia Eagles: Will Shipley, RB, Clemson

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 206 pounds

Strengths
  • 3-down playmaker
  • Feel for space
  • Vision and footwork
Weaknesses
  • Top-end speed
  • Pass pro strength

Team Fit: Will Shipley can be the ying to Saquon Barkley's yang. He'll immediately be a quality backup who thrives against light boxes and maximizes the Eagles' blocking.

Grade: B+

Ray Davis, in all blue, runs away from a defender
Kentucky Wildcats running back Ray Davis (1) runs with the ball against the Clemson tigers in the first quarter during the Gator Bowl at EverBank Stadium. (Nathan Ray Seebeck-USA TODAY Sports)

128. Buffalo Bills: Ray Davis, RB, Kentucky

Height: 5-foot-8

Weight: 211 pounds

Strengths
  • Acceleration
  • Patience and vision
  • Natural pass catcher
Weaknesses
  • Power and strength
  • Overall size
  • Explosiveness

Team Fit: Ray Davis will complement James Cook nicely as a more nuanced, patient runner. He's an ideal backup for the duration of his rookie contract.

Grade: B-

129. San Francisco 49ers: Isaac Guerendo, RB, Louisville

Height: 6-foot

Weight: 221 pounds

Strengths
  • Rare athlete
  • Big frame
  • Falls forward
Weaknesses
  • Production
  • Contact balance
  • Elusiveness

Team Fit: Isaac Guerendo looks the part of an NFL star, but Louisville rarely utilized him behind Jawhar Jordan. His lack of wiggle and feel for the game make his projection lower than his athleticism would suggest. But San Francisco needed a backup, and Guerendo has the upside worth taking a flier on.

Grade: B-

Iowa State Cyclones cornerback T.J. Tampa
Iowa State Cyclones defensive back T.J. Tampa (2) deflects a pass intended for Oklahoma State Cowboys wide receiver Langston Anderson (88) in the fourth quarter at Boone Pickens Stadium. OSU won 20-14. (Sarah Phipps-USA TODAY Sports)

130. Baltimore Ravens: T.J. Tampa, CB, Iowa State

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 189 pounds

Strengths
  • Press physicality
  • Closing speed
  • Run support
Weaknesses
  • Balance
  • Tackling
  • Footwork

Team Fit: T.J. Tampa posted great efficiency numbers throughout his career and was barely targeted. He's physical and quick but often hid in off-man and zone coverage. He'll compete for a roster spot in Baltimore.

Grade: C

TCU Horned Frogs tight end Jared Wiley (19) and Texas Longhorns defensive back Terrance Brooks (8) during the game between the TCU Horned Frogs and the Texas Longhorns at Amon G. Carter Stadium on Nov. 11, 2023. (Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports)

131. Kansas City Chiefs: Jared Wiley, TE, TCU

Height: 6-foot-6

Weight: 249 pounds

Strengths
  • Massive wingspan
  • Reliable hands
  • YAC potential
Weaknesses
  • Average speed
  • Struggles to get leverage as a blocker

Team Fit: Great value for a natural pass-catcher who isn't dissimilar to Travis Kelce, stylistically. He's an upgrade on Kansas City's backups and will make an impact quickly.

Grade: A

132. Detroit Lions: Sione Vaki, S/RB, Utah

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 210 pounds

Strengths
  • Great playmaker
  • Pure speed
Weaknesses
  • No true position
  • Lacks experience

Team Fit: Sione Vaki was explosive with the ball in his hands, but his presence alerts the defense of a trick play. His true position is unknown. This was a reach, considering his lack of polish.

Grade: D

Washington State safety Jaden Hicks
Washington State Cougars defensive back Jaden Hicks (25) celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Stanford Cardinal during the second quarter at Stanford Stadium. (Darren Yamashita-USA TODAY Sports)

133. Kansas City Chiefs: Jaden Hicks, S, Washington State

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 211 pounds

Strengths
  • Terrific awareness and IQ
  • Playmaker
  • Deep zone instincts
Weaknesses
  • Stiff in man coverage
  • Pursuit angles

Team Fit: Jaden Hicks' projection hinges on his success in man coverage. He's a great box defender and moves well but is uncomfortable in coverage and stiff. Experience might be the key to unlocking his ceiling.

Grade: B

134. New York Jets: Braelon Allen, RB, Wisconsin

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 235 pounds

Strengths
  • Punishing power
  • Surprising quickness downhill
  • Pass pro upside
Weaknesses
  • Ball security
  • Top-end speed
  • Struggles creating beyond the blocking

Team Fit: Braelon Allen's projection is in the eye of the beholder. He'll either be bruising enough to be a difference-maker or too slow to play. This was a good value to find out.

Grade: B-

Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Jacob Cowing
Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Jacob Cowing (2) gets ready for a play in the first half against the Oklahoma Sooners at the Alamodome. (Daniel Dunn-USA TODAY Sports)

135. San Francisco 49ers: Jacob Cowing, WR, Arizona

Height: 5-foot-8

Weight: 168 pounds

Strengths
  • Lightning quick
  • Great route runner
  • Unpredictable movement ability
Weaknesses
  • Lacks strength and frame to improve
  • Too many drops due to strength and hands.

Team Fit: San Francisco loves shifty route-runners who win on designed free releases. Jacob Cowing will terrorize opponents in this offense.

Grade: B

136. Seattle Seahawks: Nehemiah Pritchett, CB, Auburn

Height: 6-foot-0

Weight: 190 pounds

Strengths
  • Zone coverage
  • Fluidity
  • Speed
Weaknesses
  • Tackling
  • Gets handsy
  • Pad level

Team Fit: Nehemiah Pritchett can be a serviceable depth piece with good size and comfort in Seattle's zone. His technique is too raw to rely upon right now, though.

Grade: C

Maryland Terrapins defensive back Tarheeb Still (4) runs after getting an interception against the Nebraska Cornhuskers during the fourth quarter at Memorial Stadium on Nov. 11, 2023. (Dylan Widger-USA TODAY Sports)

137. Los Angeles Chargers: Tarheeb Still, CB, Maryland

Height: 6-foot-0

Weight: 189 pounds

Strengths
  • Versatility
  • Ball skills
Weaknesses
  • Length
  • Transition ability
  • Speed

Team Fit: We didn't have a draftable grade on Tarheeb Still, so this was a reach. He doesn't have the skill set to be more than a special teamer.

Grade: F

138. Arizona Cardinals: Xavier Thomas, Edge, Clemson

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 244 pounds

Strengths
  • First-step burst
  • Bull rush
  • Hip flexibility
Weaknesses
  • Block shedding
  • Pass rush repertoire
  • Hand usage

Team Fit: Arizona likes guys who can move around and play a few roles. Xavier Thomas is experienced but still underdeveloped, so he'll likely be a rotational piece with limited impact.

Grade: C

Temple Owls linebacker Jordan Magee (6) reacts after a tackle against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the first half of a game on Sept. 17, 2022, at Lincoln Financial Field. (Kyle Ross-USA TODAY Sports)

139. Washington Commanders: Jordan Magee, LB, Temple

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 228 pounds

Strengths
  • Zone coverage
  • Fast closing speed
Weaknesses
  • Strength
  • Run defense
  • Play recognition

Team Fit: Dan Quinn gets a fast linebacker to unleash on passing downs. Jordan Magee could be a nice subpackage player.

Grade: C

140. Los Angeles Chargers: Cam Hart, CB, Notre Dame

Height: 6-foot-3

Weight: 202 pounds

Strengths
  • Huge frame
  • Speed
  • Zone awareness
Weaknesses
  • Stiff lower body
  • Panics and grabs
  • Playmaking

Team Fit: Cam Hart is a better cornerback than the other one they took today, Tarheeb Still. He erases vertical routes with his size but has to trust himself more and get less grabby.

Grade: B-

Georgia Bulldogs center Sedrick Van Pran
Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman Sedrick Van Pran (63) in action during the Georgia Spring Game at Sanford Stadium. (Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports)

141. Buffalo Bills: Sedrick Van Pran, IOL, Georgia

Height: 6-foot-4

Weight: 298 pounds

Strengths
  • Initial burst
  • Versatility
  • Strong base
Weaknesses
  • Clunky feet
  • Pad level
  • Hand usage

Team Fit: Buffalo watched multiple interior blockers leave this offseason. Sedrick Van Pran was projected to be a top-45 pick before the year. He's a good athlete who can get on the field with technical improvements.

Grade: B

142. Indianapolis Colts: Anthony Gould, WR, Oregon State

Height: 5-foot-8

Weight: 174 pounds

Strengths
  • Deep speed
  • Return ability
Weaknesses
  • Size
  • Agility
  • Drops

Team Fit: A diminutive playmaker who lacks the suddenness you'd expect for his frame, Anthony Gould's only real value is on go routes and special teams.

Grade: D

143. Atlanta Falcons: JD Bertrand, LB, Notre Dame

Height: 6-foot-1

Weight: 235 pounds

Strengths
  • Strength at the line of scrimmage
  • Efficiency
  • Tackling in the box
Weaknesses
  • Coverage upside
  • Athleticism

Team Fit: The Falcons had a big need for an inside linebacker. JD Bertrand can rack up tackles and provide the occasional pass rush.

Grade: C+

144. Chicago Bears: Austin Booker, Edge, Kansas

Height: 6-foot-5

Weight: 240 pounds

Strengths
  • Length
  • Effort
  • Range
Weaknesses
  • Play strength
  • Pass-rush moves

Team Fit: Chicago adds a great developmental prospect much lower than expected. Austin Booker has to fill out his frame and improve his moves, but he has a good new mentor in Montez Sweat.

Grade: B

Missouri Tigers defensive back Kris Abrams-Draine (7) celebrates during the third quarter against the Kentucky Wildcats at Kroger Field on Oct. 14, 2023. (Jordan Prather-USA TODAY Sports)

145. Denver Broncos: Kris Abrams-Draine, CB, Missouri

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 179 pounds

Strengths
  • Man-coverage ability
  • Ball tracking
  • Anticipation
Weaknesses
  • Small frame
  • Tackling
  • Gives too much cushion

Team Fit: Kris Abrams-Draine is small but competitive. He'll compete with the several fast playmakers within the AFC West.

Grade: B

146. Tennessee Titans: Jarvis Brownlee, CB, Louisville

Height: 5-foot-10

Weight: 194 pounds

Strengths
  • Physical and effective in press
  • Comfortable in zone
  • Closing speed
Weaknesses
  • Lacks confidence in off-man
  • Deep speed
  • Tackling

Team Fit: Another hyper-competitive addition, Jarvis Brownlee projects as a great slot weapon who can make impact plays.

Grade: A-

Notre Dame running back Audric Estime rushes for a touchdown against Stanford
Notre Dame Fighting Irish running back Audric Estimé (7) breaks free for a touchdown run against the Stanford Cardinal during the third quarter at Stanford Stadium on Nov. 25, 2023. (D. Ross Cameron-USA TODAY Sports)

147. Denver Broncos: Audric Estime, RB, Notre Dame

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 221 pounds

Strengths
  • Terrific power
  • Vision and feel
  • Quick feet for size
Weaknesses
  • Top speed
  • Elusiveness

Team Fit: He's not the fastest guy, but Audric Estime plays quicker than he tested. He's a menacing ball carrier who will cause defenses to hesitate in hitting him.

Grade: B

148. Las Vegas Raiders: Tommy Eichenberg, LB, Ohio State

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 233 pounds

Strengths
  • Zone coverage range
  • Instincts
  • Maneuvering through blockers
Weaknesses
  • Straight-line speed
  • Play strength

Team Fit: Reliability and effort define Tommy Eichenberg's game. Vegas did well to plug a hole with a high-floor player for a low cost.

Grade: C+

TCU Horned Frogs cornerback Josh Newton (24) tackles Michigan Wolverines wide receiver Ronnie Bell (8) during the 2022 Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium on Dec. 31, 2022. (Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports)

149. Cincinnati Bengals: Josh Newton, CB, TCU

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 190 pounds

Strengths
  • Experienced and poised
  • Fluid hips and feet
  • Press-man specialist
Weaknesses
  • Deep speed
  • Consistency with leverage

Team Fit: Good value for a high-floor player with experience. Josh Newton can hold his own against most receivers without being left in the dust.

Grade: B+

150. New Orleans Saints: Spencer Rattler, QB, South Carolina

Height: 6-foot

Weight: 211 pounds

Strengths
  • Strong, flexible arm from all platforms.
  • Quick throwing motion with natural accuracy.
  • Playmaking upside.
Weaknesses
  • Field vision leads to turnovers.
  • Can be overconfident in his arm.
  • Gets happy feet in the pocket.

Team Fit: Tremendous value for a player graded not too far below Bo Nix and Michael Penix Jr. Spencer Rattler has things to prove and work on, but the arm talent and playmaking give him the chance to hit.

Grade: A

151. Indianapolis Colts: Jaylon Carlies, S, Missouri

Height: 6-foot-3

Weight: 227 pounds

Strengths
  • Huge frame
  • Run defense
  • Instinctual
Weaknesses
  • Man coverage traits
  • Speed
  • Pursuit angles

Team Fit: If the Colts can keep Jaylon Carlies in a downhill role, he'll be a hammer in rapport. However, his lack of movement ability and comfort in other situations limit his upside.

Grade: C-

152. Philadelphia Eagles: Ainias Smith, WR, Texas A&M

Height: 5-foot-9

Weight: 190 pounds

Strengths
  • Fearless
  • YAC ability
  • Quickness

Team Fit: Ainias Smith's best fit as an offensive weapon is helping on returns. To stay in the NFL, he will have to become a much more technical player than he was in college.

  • Great motor and stamina
  • Active hands
  • 3-down potential
Weaknesses

Height: 6-foot

Weight: 188 pounds

Strengths
  • Explosive through routes
  • Physicality
  • Post-catch playmaking
Weaknesses

  • Finishes sack opportunities
  • Quality pass-rush moves
Weaknesses
  • Strength vs. the run
  • Flexibility through contact

Team Fit: Vastly improved in 2023, Mohamed Kamara figures to be a rotational pass-rusher in the NFL. Miami will be able to get him on the field quickly and hope he thrives as a situational player despite his lack of length.

Weight: 317 pounds

Strengths
  • Flexible, explosive hips
  • Athletic range

Strengths
  • Speed
  • Versatility
  • Coverage upside
Weaknesses

Weight: 305 pounds

Strengths
  • Experience

Strengths
  • Ball skills
  • Quickness
  • Feel for the game
Weaknesses
  • Rail thin
  • Uncomfortable in man coverage

Grade: C

Height: 5-foot-11

Weight: 206 pounds

Strengths
  • Pass pro upside
  • Quickness

Weight: 191 pounds

Strengths
  • Receiving ability

Strengths
  • Bendy athlete
  • Quickness and agility
  • Aggression
Weaknesses
  • Run game impact
  • Lacks pass-rush plan

  • Fluidity for his size
Weaknesses
  • Reactionary in nature

Weight: 240 pounds

Strengths
  • Hard hitter
  • Fast closing speed
