Build

Does he have prototype size? What is body type? What is growth potential?

Tucker has prototypical size. He carries a large frame that is evenly distributed. Possessing a large upper upper body and large legs. Might need to slim down a little to help with overall athleticism so there is growth potential in that sense.

Tucker plays with adequate instincts. He has good vision which allows him to see and process quickly stunts and blitzes. Quick sets in pass protection and will mostly work to get hands on defenders quickly while on the backside.

Athleticism

Does he have the athletic traits you want?

Tucker shows average explosiveness. His body control and overall bend needs improvement. He shows limited flexibility in his knees and ankles. His pad level is often high when run blocking and he bends at the waist causing him to be top heavy and off balance. His change of direction is also limited due to the athletic positions he puts himself in at a high level with not enough knee bend.

Technical

Does he have a refined skill set? Is he a projection or is his game developed enough to contribute early?

There are tools to like in Tucker's game. He shows adequate technique in his pass blocking that could translate well. His run blocking is limited and needs improvement lowering his pad level and striking the inside the chest of the defender. His size allows him to anchor well in pass protection. When he is out in space, high pad level and lack of body control can cause him to miss defenders if they were to make a move.

Summary

What role does he play? What is his initial projection?
Tucker has a large frame and shows some promising aspects in his pass protection. His overall athleticism hinders him in the run game and that is going to need much improvement. Overall, he will have a shot to make a team in camp due to all around potential. He initially projects as a fringe contender to make a team.
