Brady, Buccaneers Survive Late Seahawks' Comeback Attempt in Germany
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Seattle Seahawks 21-16 in the NFL's first-ever game in Munich, Germany on Sunday. The win gives the Buccaneers sole possession of first place in the NFC South.
The Buccaneers (5-5) jumped out to a 21-3 lead at the start of the fourth quarter when Tom Brady hit wide receiver Chris Godwin for a touchdown. Brady finished the game by completing 22-of-29 passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

Brady's only INT is what allowed the Seahawks (6-4) to stay in the game. Linebacker Cody Barton jumped into Brady's passing lane halfway through the fourth quarter setting up quarterback Geno Smith and the Seahawks inside of Buccaneers territory.
Smith would eventually hit wide receiver Marquise Goodwin in the back left corner of the end zone for a touchdown, cutting the Buccaneers' lead to 21-16. Smith finished the game by completing 23-of-33 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns. The touchdown was Seattle's second fourth-down conversion of the drive.

However, Seattle would never get a chance to go ahead. Following Smith's TD pass, Brady led a methodical drive to pick up several first downs and run out the clock. The Buccaneers got an impressive performance from rookie running back Rachaad White in this game. He finished with 22 carries 105 total yards and one devastating stiff arm.
