NFL Week 12 Rest-Of-Season Fantasy Football Rankings, Trade Value Chart

Below, you’ll find my top 160 rest-of-season rankings heading into Week 12 action, organized into tiers with point values.

Treat these point values like a trade chart. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find you can’t trade away three bad players and turn them into Christian McCaffrey, a common issue with other trade charts.

The bottom of this article contains the full trade chart in downloadable PDF.

Below each set of positional rankings with player tiers and trade values, you’ll find notes on players of interest.

  • Jalen Hurts ascends into Tier 2 after another strong fantasy showing. He averages 24 fantasy points per game, and the Philadelphia Eagles still don’t appear to have reached their offensive ceiling yet.
  • Justin Fields rises into Tier 4 after 18 carries for 104 rushing yards in his Week 11 return to action.
  • Tua Tagovailoa was disappointing against the Las Vegas Raiders, and his schedule gets incredibly difficult very soon.
  • There were a multitude of quarterback injuries, benchings and transactions this week. Joe Burrow is out for the season, with Jake Browning starting in his place. Zach Wilson was benched in favor of Tim Boyle, with Trevor Siemian now serving as the primary backup. Desmond Ridder was announced as the Atlanta Falcons’ quarterback for the rest of the season. The Browns signed Joe Flacco, and Carson Wentz will back up Matthew Stafford in Los Angeles.

  • Travis Etienne has ceded work recently to D’Ernest Johnson, so Etienne falls slightly in these rankings.
  • Rachaad White has scored 16 or more PPR fantasy points in five straight games.
  • Javonte Williams continues to monopolize the backfield carries for the Denver Broncos.
  • Kyren Williams returns in Week 12, and the Los Angeles Rams just returned Darrell Henderson to their practice squad, a showing of faith in Williams' workhorse abilities.
  • Brian Robinson returns to Tier 5 after consecutive weeks of an impressive pass-catching ceiling. He doesn’t enter Tier 4 though because Antonio Gibson likely will return to action this week.
  • Jaylen Warren is a big riser after back-to-back games with more than 100 rushing yards.
  • Kenneth Walker’s oblique injury opens the door for Zach Charbonnet. Unfortunately, the Seahawks face the 49ers (twice), Cowboys and Eagles over their next four games.
  • Devin Singletary has at least 112 rushing yards in the past two games and should be the Texans' lead back moving forward. However, Dameon Pierce will return from injury this week, ending Singletary’s bell cow streak.
  • AJ Dillon rises in the rankings due to Aaron Jones’ MCL (knee) sprain.
  • Ty Chandler out-played Alexander Mattison the past two games and has a chance for an increased role moving forward.

  • Keenan Allen (22.7) is only behind Tyreek Hill (25.7) in fantasy points per game, and has at least nine targets in all but one game this season. Allen joins him in Tier 1.
  • CeeDee Lamb is atop the Tier 2 group of receivers with the Dallas Cowboys pass attack looking like one of the league’s best.
  • Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins tumble down the rankings because Burrow is out for the season. Browning is an average to below-average backup quarterback.
  • DJ Moore averages more than 22 fantasy points per game with Fields at quarterback, but just 10 fantasy points per game with Tyson Bagent.
  • Tank Dell is a fantasy football star and is quickly rising up the rest of season rankings.
  • Michael Pittman and Josh Downs have a very favorable schedule rest of season.
  • Zay Flowers and Odell Beckham rise up the rankings with TE Mark Andrews likely done for the season.
  • Amari Cooper plummets down the rankings because the Cleveland Browns have no plan or answer at quarterback.

  • Andrews’ injury opens the door for Isaiah Likely’s playing time to increase. However, after a promising rookie campaign (23 yards per game), Likely averages just eight receiving yards per game this year.
  • Sam LaPorta has started to get crowded out from high target volume in recent weeks now that the Detroit Lions have two healthy running backs and WRs Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams.
  • David Njoku has been the only Browns receiving weapon to benefit from their quarterback struggles. His target share has crested 21 percent in five straight games, and he scored double-digit PPR fantasy points in all five, too.
  • Dallas Goedert did not go on injured reserve, and he has a good chance to play in Week 14.

Players in the chart are organized by position and tier, with the order being QB, RB, WR and TE. Example: While Austin Ekeler appears ahead of Stefon Diggs, their values are similar. Ekeler plays running back, while Diggs is a wide receiver, hence the order.

There are four columns, with 40 players per column — 160 players in total. The bottom of the trade value chart has slightly expanded positional rankings with 205 total players.
