Jim Nagy

Executive Director of the Senior Bowl

Jim Nagy currently serves as the Executive Director of the Reese’s Senior Bowl. Since 2018, he has been responsible for both football and business operations, showcasing the best senior collegiate football players in the country.

Before taking on his current role, Nagy had an 18-year career as an NFL scout, most recently holding the position of southeast area scout for the Seattle Seahawks from 2013 to 2018. During his time in the NFL, he was part of four Super Bowl-winning teams (Green Bay Packers XXXI, New England Patriots XXXVIII and XXXIX, and Seattle Seahawks XLVII).

Nagy got his start in the NFL as an intern with the Packers in 1996. He was a scout for the Commanders (2001-2002), Patriots (2002-2009) and Chiefs (2009-2013) before his final 5 years with the Seahawks.
