Ethan Young leads The 33rd Team’s consulting services, working directly with teams and conferences to deliver customized, data-informed solutions. He previously served over six years with UCLA Football as Director of Player Personnel and Director of Strategic Intelligence, overseeing roster management, recruiting strategy, and analytics integration. Ethan also brings league-level experience as an NFL Next Gen Stats Analyst, offering clients deep expertise in talent evaluation and football strategy.
