The Best of Football Twitter in Week 7
Every week during the NFL season, the 33rd Team will present some of the most interesting Tweets that come across our timeline during Sunday’s action. Here’s the Week 7 rundown:
Javon Hargrave has retaken the No. 1 spot in pass rush win rate at defensive tackle by a tenth of a percentage point.

PFF’s top receiver in Week 7 wasn’t Ja’Marr Chase, A.J. Brown or Davante Adams.
It was Daniel Jones, with a 95.6 receiving grade.

Derek Carr has been excellent since Jon Gruden departed. Offensive Coordinator Greg Olson's play-calling has been excellent, and the Raiders are one of the most surprising playoff hopefuls of the season.
Raiders QB Derek Carr completed 31-of-34 passes yesterday, good for a 91.2% completion percentage.
He now has two games in his career with at least 30 attempts and a 90% completion percentage.
Every other player in NFL history has combined for one.

Carson Wentz is a true gunslinger in every sense.
That was hilarious. Carson Wentz low key rules. Dude has never seen a play he didn’t think he could make

Richard Sherman is doing his best Jackie Moon impression.
This is interesting: #Bucs DBs coach Kevin Ross is out today due to COVID protocols, so Richard Sherman stepped up this week and helped coach the DBs, per @PSchrags. Sherman will be helping out on the sidelines today vs. Chicago, essentially serving as an assistant coach. pic.twitter.com/pPcfVjmflC

not trying to be dramatic but I would run through a brick wall for Dan Campbell right now

This National tight ends day is really being celebrated out the max today…by the tight ends

The Jets have been terrible in both the first quarter and first half this year. They've yet to score a single point in the first frame.
#Jets have now been outscored 106-20 in the first half.

I have no idea why there aren't more designed plays like this.
Football can create overlaps rugby can barely dream of because of https://t.co/M960Z5gCJ5

Patrick Mahomes has regressed this year and may need to look back and Greg Cosell's tenets of what makes a quarterback successful.
QB Patrick Mahomes in the first half…
Voluntarily playing outside of structure. Lot of unnecessary movement. And the turnovers.
KC will continue to see this type of defensive game plan moving forward (2-deep, 2-Man…limit the deep ball throws). #Chiefs
