Javonte Williams Suffers Knee Injury

The Broncos suffered a big loss to their offense when starting running back Javonte Williams suffered a knee injury on the first play of the second half. Williams had carried the ball 10 times for 28 yards when he left, dominating the work out of the Denver backfield. He was carted to the locker room, and his return was deemed questionable.

Seahawks DK Metcalf Finds Unique Use For Medical Cart

Seahawks receiver DK Metcalf required the use of a medical cart during Sunday's game against the Lions, but not for an injury-related matter. The Fox broadcast reported Metcalf needed the cart to expedite a mid-game bathroom break. Metcalf returned to the sideline and game later for the Seahawks. After the game, he posted a self-deprecating message on Twitter.

Hoyer Leaves Game, Patriots Down to Third-Stringer

Patriots backup quarterback Brian Hoyer, subbing for starter Mac Jones, left Sunday's game against the Packers in the first quarter after suffering a head injury and is being evaluated, the team announced. Third-stringer Bailey Zappe, a fourth-round pick of the Patriots earlier this year, entered the game, making his NFL regular-season debut.

Jahan Dotson Questionable to Return With Hamstring

Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson was announced as questionable to return to their game against the Cowboys with a hamstring injury.

Tyrod Taylor Being Examined for Concussion

Daniel Jones Taken Out with Ankle Injury

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones was taken out of their game against the Bears with an ankle injury in the third quarter. Tyrod Taylor came in to replace Jones. Jones later returned with a heavily taped left ankle.

Folorunso Fatukasi Questionable to Return with Quad Injury

The Jaguars announced that defensive end Folorunso Fatukasi is questionable to return in their game against the Eagles with a quad injury.

Jaire Alexander Held Out vs Patriots

The Green Bay Packers elected to list star cornerback Jaire Alexander as inactive against the Patriots today. Alexander was healthy enough to play, but the Packers elected to be cautious with his return.

J.J. Watt Set to take the Field Despite Health Scare

J.J. Watt will suit up and play for the Arizona Cardinals this week, despite having his heart shocked back into rhythm on Thursday. Watt went into A-Fib on Wednesday and broke the news himself, via Twitter, on Sunday morning.

Minnesota Vikings rookie safety Lewis Cine suffered a serious leg injury in Sunday's game against the Saints in London. Minnesota's 2022 first-round pick was carted off the field in an air cast and transported to a local hospital for further evaluation, according to NFL Network, which broadcast the league's first International Series game.

The injury happened on a punt return late in the first-quarter in which Cine landed awkwardly on his left leg while blocking. The last pick of the first round earlier this year has been limited to special teams.
