Giddings: Don't Spend Your Free Agent Money All At Once
Mike Giddings, owner/president of ProScouts Inc., is an industry leader when it comes to evaluating NFL personnel. So with free agency taking center stage this month, Giddings had plenty of perspective to offer this week's 33rd Team Call.
Giddings thinks teams are better served being patient when free agency starts. Giddings uses a color-code to
rank players, with blue being the elite level. Red comes next, and he suggests there will be value in the red players.
"I'd rather pay $20 million on five players than $20 million on one player," said Giddings.
