Technical

Does he have a refined skill set? Is he a projection or is his game developed enough to contribute early?

Visibly communicates with teammates and makes adjustments prior to every snap, and continues to do so as the play develops. His football IQ and instincts allow him to read and react quickly so as to position himself to make a play. Can navigate the trash near the line of scrimmage with relative ease. Displays the ability to smoothly and easily get around opponents to avoid blocks, but when it comes to shedding blocks after engaging his size and strength can prevent him from cleanly disengaging. Displays above the line physicality and is not afraid of contact. In zone coverage he exhibits outstanding range and is constantly patrolling his zone while communicating with teammates as route concepts develop. In man coverage he has the athleticism to match up with running backs out of the backfield, and while he has the physicality to match up against tight ends his size can be a mismatch in favor of the offense. He is an above the line blitzer with a high motor while in pursuit of the quarterback. Uses his speed and quickness to his advantage when rushing the passer and can generate pressure at a high rate.
