Back pedal is adequate. Back pedals with ease and smoothly. Shows shoulders over toes in the process. Average twitch. Quickness to come down hill to help in the run game. Adequate hip fluidity, ability to open hips easily and quickly in speed turning to help recover in coverage. Average burst to close. Plays big in gaps causes the ball carrier to cut inside for help. Shows poor run fits, arm tackles, and frequently missed tackles in the open field. Not effective in the run game. Adequate in cover ability. One of his strongest attributes. Plays well in zone without having to get from hash to hash. Gets exposed with his straight line and lateral movements in man. Ball skills are average. Needs to improve reading the ball in the air.
