The NFL released the full 2023 schedule on May 11, and the Carolina Panthers will lead off the season on the road against the Atlanta Falcons.
The Panthers missed winning the NFC South — and making the playoffs — by one game in 2022. They did plenty in the offseason: getting a new coach in Frank Reich and plenty of offensive weapons in RB Miles Sanders, WR Adam Thielen, WR DJ Chark and TE Hayden Hurst. Oh yeah, and they traded up for the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft to get their franchise quarterback in Bryce Young (scouting report).
