The 2023 NFL Draft is complete, and the Buffalo Bills made six selections.

The team is coming off yet another early playoff exit, despite Super Bowl aspirations. The Bills got Josh Allen a weapon in the first round and then added some more protection up front in the second round. How did our scouts grade this class? Let's dive in.

Bills NFL Draft Grades 2023

25. Dalton Kincaid, TE, Utah

Dalton Kincaid is the best receiving tight end in this draft class. He shows good speed and ability to uncover down the field. The back issue is a bit of a concern, but if Kincaid can stay healthy, the Bills gave Allen another young explosive weapon to throw to on offense.

Grade: A-

59. O’Cyrus Torrence, G, Florida

O'Cyrus Torrence is a big, strong, inside offensive lineman who can strike defenders with his hands and is capable of controlling opposing linemen. He does not have top-level athletic traits and will miss too much at the second level. He does a nice job of rooting in against the bull rush, but quicker more agile players may give him some issues.

Grade: B

91. Dorian Williams, LB, Tulane

Dorian Williams is an undersized run-and-chase linebacker with good length and outstanding speed. He has three-down productivity and potential at the next level. He has the potential to fill the spot vacated by Tremaine Edmunds.

Grade: B

150. Justin Shorter, WR, Florida

Shorter is a big receiver with exceptional length but average athleticism. He may be a guy who puts on weight and moves to tight end due to his size. He will need to improve his speed and quickness to become a consistent threat at the next level.

Grade: C-

230. Nick Broeker, G, Ole Miss

Nick Broeker is a solid player with outstanding toughness and does a great job working to finish. He displays good strength and does not back down to any player. He is an average athlete and a better player in the run game.

Grade: B+

252. Alex Austin, CB, Oregon State

Austin had four interceptions and 20 pass breakups in his career. He has good size and length for the position but does not have great top-end speed or athleticism.

Grade: C-
