Lockett (Finger) Could Miss Rest of Season
Wide receiver Tyler Lockett suffered a fractured finger in Seattle's game against the San Francisco 49ers Thursday night and could miss the remainder of the season, coach Pete Carroll said.
NFL Media reported Lockett's injury as a spiral crack in his first metacarpal. Lockett is expected to miss a minimum of the next two games.
For the season, Lockett has 78 receptions for a team-high 964 yards. The Seahawks (7-7) have three games remaining and are currently pushing to qualify for a wild-card spot in the playoffs.
Ravens Rookie Ojabo Set For Debut
Baltimore Ravens linebacker David Ojabo (Achilles) has been cleared and will make his NFL debut on Saturday against the Browns, The Score reported.
Ojabo tore his Achilles while working out at his pro day in March. He was selected by the Ravens in the second round of April's draft and was placed on injured reserve in August. He was activated on Nov. 1, which gave the Ravens a 21-day window to either play him or sit him for the remainder of the season.
Russell Wilson Ruled Out vs. Cardinals
Quarterback Russell Wilson is out for the Broncos' game against the Cardinals on Sunday, as he remains in concussion protocol, ESPN Reported.
Wilson was injured in the team's game against the Chiefs in Week 14 and was limited in practice this week. Brett Rypien will start in his place against the Cardinals.
Steelers' Pickett Doubtful vs. Panthers
The Pittsburgh Steelers have listed quarterback Kenny Pickett (concussion) as doubtful to play against the Carolina Panthers, ESPN reported.
They will announce their starting quarterback on Saturday. Mitch Trubisky threw three interceptions last week in their loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
