Bengals Place Awuzie on Injured Reserve

The Cincinnati Bengals have placed cornerback Chidobe Awuzie on injured reserve with a knee injury. In a corresponding move, the team elevated rookie cornerback Allan George from their practice squad.

Awuzie was a critical player for the Bengals and was playing like one of the best corners in the NFL, according to Sports Info Solutions. He had not allowed a touchdown all season.

Jets' Robinson Declared Questionable

Newly-acquired running back James Robinson was declared questionable to play with a knee injury for the New York Jets Week 9 matchup with the Buffalo Bills. Robinson was active last week and was not on any injury reports throughout the week, making this a sudden injury.

A week after being acquired from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Robinson posted 17 yards on just five carries in last week's game against the Patriots.
