Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams left the team's game with a back injury and did not return. Williams needed assistance getting to the team's bus after the game, The Athletic reported.

The Chargers had nothing to gain by playing starters in their Week 18 game in terms of improving their playoff standing. Coach Brandon Staley nonetheless chose to start his key players.

Murray Questionable with Stinger

Chargers linebacker Kenneth Murray is questionable to return to the team's Week 18 game after suffering a stinger, the team announced.

Cardinals quarterback David Blough is being evaluated for a possible head injury, the team announced. Blough was the fourth quarterback to take snaps for the Cardinals this season after Kyler Murray, Colt McCoy and Trace McSorley.

Falcons' London Suffers Injury

Falcons wide receiver Drake London is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Buccaneers with a foot injury, the team reported. The Falcons selected London eighth overall in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Panthers Rule Out Starting Tackle

Panthers offensive tackle Brady Christensen has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Saints with an ankle injury, the team reported. Christensen was helped off the field as he couldn't put a lot of weight on his ankle and was eventually carted to the locker room.
