Rodgers Cleared, Bakhtiari Out for Packers

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (thumb, rib) is cleared to play, while offensive tackle David Bakhtiari will miss Sunday's game against the Bears after undergoing an appendectomy on Friday, ESPN reported.

Zach Tom, a fourth-round pick last April, is behind Bakhtiari on the Packers' depth chart and has played in four games this season, starting two.

Fields Off Bears' Injury Report

Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder) is off the injury report and is cleared to start Sunday against the Packers, NFL Media reported.

Fields was a full participant in practice for the team on Friday. He returns to the starting role after missing the team's Week 12 matchup against the Jets.

John Wolford Named Rams' Starter

Los Angeles Rams quarterback John Wolford has been named the starter for the team's game on Sunday against Seattle, as reported by The Athletic.

Wolford previously started for the Rams in their Week 10 game against the Cardinals. The Rams lost the game, and Wolford had 212 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Bryce Perkins started for the team in a losing effort last week against the Chiefs.

OT Jackson Out, Armstead Doubtful for Dolphins

Miami Dolphins offensive tackles Austin Jackson (ankle) is officially out and Terron Armstead (toe, pec) is doubtful for the team's matchup against the 49ers on Sunday, ESPN reported.

Jackson and Armstead both left Sunday's game against the Texans when they suffered their injuries. Jackson's ankle was injured coming into the game but wasn't reaggravated, according to coach Mike McDaniel.

Etienne 'Good to Go' for Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars coach Doug Pederson told reporters Friday morning that running back Travis Etienne (foot) is good to go this week against the Detroit Lions.

Etienne was held out of the remainder of the Jaguars' come-from-behind win over the Ravens last week after he sustained an injury early. Pederson said after the game that Etienne could have returned, but the Jaguars' staff kept him sidelined out of caution.

Chargers' WR Williams Ruled Out

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (ankle) is out for Sunday's game against the Raiders, ESPN reported.

Williams missed last week's game against the Cardinals and has played just once since Week 7.

Texans CB Stingley, WR Cooks Out vs. Browns

Houston Texans cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. (hamstring) and wide receiver Brandin Cooks (calf) both will miss Sunday's game against the Browns, ESPN reported.

Stingley Jr. has been dealing with the hamstring injury since suffering it in Week 4 against the Chargers. While he has played in games since then he has missed two consecutive games.

Michael Carter Doubtful for Sunday

New York Jets coach Robert Saleh told reporters on Friday morning that running back Michael Carter (ankle) is doubtful to play against the Vikings. Carter has not practiced at all this week after being considered day-to-day.

Zonovan Knight and Ty Johnson are expected to split the workload in Week 13. Knight is expected to be the lead running back after having 17 touches in Week 12.

Colts Without Moore II, OT Smith

Indianapolis Colts cornerback Kenny Moore II (shin) and offensive tackle Braden Smith (illness) both will not play on Sunday, according to coach Jeff Saturday.

Moore II left the team's Week 12 matchup against the Steelers after a collision with running back Najee Harris. Saturday says Moore should be considered "week to week" right now.

Bears QB Siemian Out for Season

Chicago Bears quarterback Trevor Siemian is out for the season after the oblique injury he suffered in pre-game warmups in Week 12 required surgery, coach Matt Eberflus announced.

Siemian played against the Jets in Week 12 despite suffering the injury and quarterback Nathan Peterman being active.
