Dallas Cowboys Agree to Terms With Veteran OT Peters
Attempting to find a solution to their issues at left tackle heading into the regular season, the Dallas Cowboys agreed to terms with veteran free agent offensive tackle Jason Peters on Monday. The 40-year-old lineman will begin his Cowboys tenure on the practice squad as he gets back into playing shape. Peters, who started 15 games for the Chicago Bears in 2021, will serve as a veteran presence for the Cowboys, who lost All-Pro Tyron Smith to a torn hamstring two weeks ago that will likely shelve him for the entire 2022 season. A two-time All-Pro and nine-time Pro Bowler, Peters will now be a division rival of his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Saleh: Wilson Works Out, Has Shot at Week 1?

This is potentially huge, positive news for the Jets, as many initially feared Wilson would miss far more time. "Everyone heals differently," Saleh said when asked if he was surprised at Wilson's progress.

Treadwell was the 23rd overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings. He spent four years in Minnesota, one year in Atlanta, and played for Jacksonville last season. Treadwell had 434 receiving yards for the Jaguars that season, a career-best total for the seventh-year pro.
