Bills Add RB Damien Harris After Losing Devin Singletary

Just hours after losing running back Devin Singletary to the Houston Texans, the Buffalo Bills poached Damien Harris from their AFC East rival New England Patriots, per NFL Media. The 33rd Team's Ari Meirov reported the deal is for one year with a base value of $1.7 million.

The 26-year-old and former third-round pick had a breakout third season that included 15 rushing touchdowns in 2021, but he fell out of favor in New England and was overtaken by second-year pro-Rhamondre Stevenson in the backfield pecking order in 2022.

Howard Signs With Raiders

Former first-round pick O.J. Howard is finalizing a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The 28-year-old tight end started 10 games for the Houston Texans in 2022 after spending the first five seasons of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Howard could serve as a replacement for recently-traded tight end Darren Waller, who Las Vegas sent to the New York Giants in exchange for a third-round pick (No. 100) in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Titans, CB Murphy-Bunting Reach 1-Year Deal

The Tennessee Titans have reached an agreement with cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting on a one-year contract, NFL Media reported. Murphy-Bunting had two interceptions and 31 total tackles during the 2022 season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who drafted him in the second round in 2019. After not missing a game during his first two seasons, he missed 13 of 34 the past two.

Browns, QB Dobbs Agree to 1-Year Deal

The Cleveland Browns and quarterback Josh Dobbs have agreed to a one-year, $2 million contract that is fully guaranteed, NFL Media reported. Dobbs, a fourth-round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2017, started the first two games of his career for the Tennessee Titans during the 2022 season. His 68 pass attempts, with 40 completions, were four times the amount he had thrown since entering the league. Dobbs will replace Jacoby Brissett, who signed with the Washington Commanders, as the backup to Deshaun Watson.

Cardinals Agree to Terms With Pascal

The Arizona Cardinals agreed to terms with wide receiver Zach Pascal on a two-year deal, NFL Media announced on Monday. Pascal started just two games for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022 after spending the first four seasons of his career with the Indianapolis Colts. The 28-year-old receiver signed on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2017.

Pascal is joining former Eagles' defensive coordinator Jonathan Ganon in Arizona. Gannon was recently named the Cardinals' new head coach following the firing of Kliff Kingsbury.

Bills Sign WR Sherfield

The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver Trent Sherfield on Monday, the team announced. The 27-year-old receiver is entering his sixth season in the NFL after starting four games for the Miami Dolphins in 2022.
