Taunting has been a hot topic in NFL circles this week, as there were eight taunting penalties called in Week 2. Former NFL head of officiating and current Fox Sports rules analyst Dean Blandino joined the 33rd Team Call this week to discuss the history of the taunting rule and how officials are making it a point of emphasis this season.
