Motor is good and chases the runner down even when he is out of the play

Technical - Does he have a refined skill set? Is he a projection or is his game developed enough to contribute early?

Explosive get off and plays incredibly effectively against both the pass and run. Uses hands well when he gets to the blocker and can us power/leverage/finesse moves to win depending on where he is trying to go. Splits double teams well when getting skinny. Pad level can be high depending on the pass rush moves that he uses

Summary - What role does he play? What is his initial projection?

He plays the pass and the run well and has refined hand fighting and pass rush moves that he'll be able to use day one on a roster. At his size he can play a 3-4 DE or a 4-3 DE.
