The Buffalo Bills earned a comeback victory over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4, and Rich Gannon says that to pull off the win, the Bills had to embrace a little of their head coach Sean McDermott's attitude: Be gritty, hard-working, and never give up on the game, all while following the lead of their start quarterback, Josh Allen.
