2025 NFL Mock Draft: Latest First-Round Predictions Entering Week 18
The final week of the regular season is here, and the College Football Playoff is quickly advancing toward the National Championship game. Most of our evaluations for the 2025 NFL Draft based on the tape are complete. We've seen the full maturation cycle for the top 300 players in the country for years, so these next few months will put a bow on an amazing journey.
Recent wins by the New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders have turned the 2025 NFL Draft order into a complete mess. Week 18 will shape a portion of the NFL's future in the coming years. One random win could cost a team the chance at a franchise-changing player.
On the flip side is the reality that great players will be taken outside of the top 10. Which future stars fell too far in our mock draft?
2025 NFL Mock Draft
1. New England Patriots
Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 320 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: New England's biggest issues are in the trenches on both sides of the ball. While pairing Drake Maye with Travis Hunter maximizes the team's star power, Mason Graham best gives the franchise a cornerstone presence to build around.
The penetrating interior defender will raise the game of everyone around him and give the Patriots a chance to challenge Josh Allen as the roster improves.
2. Tennessee Titans
Cameron Ward, QB, Miami (FL)
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 223 lbs
Class: Senior
Fit: The QB1 in this class depends on the offense the team wants to run. Tennessee has lacked playmaking and a high-upside for years, and Cameron Ward is more physically gifted than Shedeur Sanders.
Ward's creativity and comfort in chaos is a bit reminiscent of Steve McNair, so maybe Tennessee will opt for a more free-flowing approach without off-field distractions than the alternative.
3. Cleveland Browns
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 215 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: Some believe there's no chance Deion Sanders will allow Shedeur Sanders to land in Cleveland, but there's not much leverage created from lobbying the media.
Shedeur Sanders is well-equipped to maximize Kevin Stefanski's offense on Day 1 and get the Browns back to the playoffs. His playmaking, high football IQ, and accuracy will translate to the NFL, and getting the Browns into a perennial playoff team would make him a legend.
4. New York Giants
Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 225 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: There's no question this is way too high for the version of Jalen Milroe we saw for most of 2024, but this is the best landing spot for him to become a star in the future if Brian Daboll is still in New York.
Milroe needs to be brought along slowly and in structure, and if he's given the runway, he can reward his NFL team with a superstar presence. His deep passing and mobility can be the foundation of a tremendous skill set.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 185 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Jacksonville notched a win against Tennessee, knocking them out of pole position for the top pick. It works out well here, still landing the player most linked to them, Travis Hunter.
The Jaguars desperately need playmaking on both sides of the ball, and it doesn't get much better than the Heisman Trophy-winning two-way star.
6. Carolina Panthers
Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 259 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Helping Bryce Young with a receiver makes sense, but the Panthers lack foundational defensive pieces. Abdul Carter won't fix everything immediately, but the dynamic pass-rusher eases everyone else's burden.
The explosive 250-pounder was consistently the most feared defender in the nation this past season, and it was his first full year as a full-time pass-rusher.
7. New York Jets
James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 243 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: The Jets' search for their next quarterback might be resolved in free agency via a signing or trade, easing the pressure to force one here. There's not one worthy of this pick, anyway.
Instead, James Pearce Jr. provides a major spark for the next staff to overhaul the pass-rush. He's the best speed threat in a solid group of prospects.
8. Las Vegas Raiders
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 212 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: The Jets and Raiders are in a bad position to take a first-round quarterback and may have to wait until Day 2 to go with a free-agent signing. Building for their next passer is paramount either way.
Tetairoa McMillan has a pro-ready skill set and a massive frame, making the 6-foot-5 playmaker one of the easier projections to the next level.
9. Chicago Bears
Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 320 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Some of the advanced individual blocking numbers aren't as bad for Chicago as you might expect, but it doesn't take a skilled eye to see the line needs overhauling.
Kelvin Banks is the unit's premier pass-blocker, shutting down edge defenders with ease. He can slide into the left tackle spot, providing an answer for one of several lacking line spots.
10. New Orleans Saints
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 202 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: It's possible Will Johnson will be the best overall player from this class, so he's a massive value here. The physical 6-foot-2 defender is eerily similar to Sauce Gardner, providing high-end playmaking and versatility.
New Orleans has one of the worst rosters in the NFL, so going with the top-rated prospect is an easy call as it revamps the team.
11. San Francisco 49ers
Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 305 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Pass-rushing defensive tackles who can get upfield and cause havoc continue to be one of the most difficult talents to unearth. Walter Nolen was fantastic this season, showing improved pad level and balance while navigating through contact.
San Francisco's demise is largely based on a decline in the trenches, so Nolen can be a reinvigorating addition.
12. Indianapolis Colts
Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE, Georgia
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 245 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Fast, physical, instinctive, and versatile, Jalon Walker is an absolute baller regardless of where he lines up. While he's not on Micah Parsons' level as an athlete, Walker isn't far off.
The Colts saw what Shaq Leonard did for their defense, and Walker can fill those huge shoes as a multi-talented playmaker.
13. Dallas Cowboys
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 215 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Running backs are coming back in style, so it's fitting Dallas welcomes the trend of valuing the position again. Ashton Jeanty is incredibly special with his contact balance and strength, shedding would-be tacklers with rare ease.
Considering how Dallas' best teams prioritized the run over being a pass-heavy approach with Dak Prescott, this would be a well-spent pick.
14. Arizona Cardinals
Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 339 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: An elite athlete at a whopping 340 pounds, Jonathan Gannon has an easy choice to make here. He knows what a disruptive nose tackle can do for the defense's identity.
Grant's quickness and power are on par with Eagles star Jalen Carter's. Arizona can't afford to skip taking multiple defensive linemen in this class.
15. Miami Dolphins
Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 193 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: It's tempting to take an offensive playmaker for Miami, as it needs to shed some high salaries and revamp an old roster, but addressing a huge need is also important.
Shavon Revel Jr. is the most athletic cornerback in the class. The 6-foot-3 speedster also has top-tier playmaking, and his recovery from a torn ACL should be in a good enough place by pro days for him to regain any lost draft stock.
16. Cincinnati Bengals
Luther Burden, WR, Missouri
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 208 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: Tee Higgins is likely off to the highest bidder this offseason, and it wouldn't be shocking if Cincinnati's lack of cash flow affects Ja'Marr Chase's future with the franchise.
Getting Luther Burden in the middle of the first round is a major win. His game is similar to Chase's, but the two could coexist and complement each other in the Bengals' aggressive attack.
17. Atlanta Falcons
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 248 lbs.
Class: Soph.
Fit: Mike Green is a player on the rise, showcasing a powerful combination of outstanding production, speed, and a versatile skill set. He’s the most unpredictable prospect in this class.
Expect him to shine this offseason, especially during the Scouting Combine and all-star events. Atlanta is in urgent need of a talent like his.
18. Seattle Seahawks
Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 330 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: The right tackle spot was a major problem for the Seahawks all season. Aireontae Ersery checks more boxes than anyone in the class who is not named Kelvin Banks.
The massive 6-foot-6, 330-pounder is a menacing and well-balanced blocker ready to start on Day 1. Ryan Grubb's pass-happy scheme and Geno Smith would benefit from Ersery's presence.
19. Houston Texans
Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 205 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: The unclear futures of Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell have put a major damper on Houston's offensive outlook. Reuniting C.J. Stroud with Emeka Egbuka makes too much sense to pass up.
Egbuka is still an underrated weapon because Ohio State is so loaded at the position. Still, his high-end athleticism and versatility will allow him to be an immediate difference-maker.
20. Denver Broncos
Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 210 lbs.
Class: 5th-Year Senior
Fit: Standing 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds, Tre Harris is the best creator in the class with the ball in his hands. He's strong, physical, and reliable in every phase of his game.
Denver lacks playmakers, so going with someone who can handle a high volume of passes from Bo Nix and execute a developed route tree will have huge value for Sean Payton. That's Harris.
21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 257 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Going with a cornerback or pass-rusher is more functional for Tampa Bay, but it's just so fun to imagine Tyler Warren with Baker Mayfield and company.
Warren will immediately be a high-end NFL starter like Brock Bowers, showing elite vertical explosiveness, playmaking after the catch, versatility, and a dominant play style. His run blocking is adequate, but his impact on the offense's spacing would be immense.
22. Los Angeles Chargers
Shemar Stewart, DT, Texas A&M
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 290 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack continue to play well, allowing Los Angeles to focus its efforts on the interior here.
Shemar Stewart is a moldable ball of clay with great movement ability for his size, so Jim Harbaugh will love him. Stewart can play multiple alignments and maintain the physical advantage on his blocker.
23. Los Angeles Rams
Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 310 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: Injuries decimated the Los Angeles Rams' first half of the season, but they had an incredible recovery to reach the playoffs. Refreshing some aging positions before the injury bug hits again will be important.
Josh Simmons looked like a franchise left tackle at Ohio State before suffering a torn ACL, giving Los Angeles the option of playing him at either tackle spot with confidence.
24. Green Bay Packers
Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 285 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: If the 2025 NFL Draft went in the order of the most physically intimidating humans, Nic Scourton would be a top-five lock. A rare athlete at 285 pounds, Scourton offers top-tier fluidity, strength, length, and power.
Green Bay will need to be patient as he improves his hand technique and pad level, but it has a major need for versatile bodies in the trenches, so Scourton will get the reps required to grow.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers
Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 225 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: The Najee Harris experiment proved that Pittsburgh will feed a running back regardless of their efficiency, so we might as well give the run game a huge boost. Kaleb Johnson isn't far behind Ashton Jeanty as an incredible prospect, and Pittsburgh will appreciate his ability to create for himself.
Forcing 66 missed tackles, averaging 4.42 yards after contact per carry, and totaling 1,060 yards after contact in 2024, Johnson is a workhorse capable of being Mike Tomlin's next star rusher.
26. Washington Commanders
Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 180 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: The receiver market dries up quickly once Egbuka and Harris come off the board. As we saw with Xavier Worthy this past season, speed is invaluable and demands high investment.
This past year was a disappointment for Isaiah Bond, but he remains the fastest option in the class. Going with Bond means avoiding a defensive need, but it's easier to find those contributors later, whereas there's only one Bond in any given class.
27. Baltimore Ravens
Will Campbell, OL, LSU
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 323 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: This has been a fantastic season for Baltimore's offense, but the Ravens can't get complacent along the offensive line.
Will Campbell can theoretically play either tackle or guard spot, and he'd upgrade the Ravens at one or more of those positions early in his career. An efficient pass-blocker and impact road grader, Campbell can solidify one of a few shaky holes on the roster.
28. Philadelphia Eagles
Jonah Savaiinaea, OL, Arizona
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 330 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Philadelphia has continued to keep the strength of its team a priority, so investing in the offensive line makes sense. While Mekhi Becton has been a fine right guard, Jonah Savaiinaea profiles as the perfect fit for the long term.
A bulldozing power blocker with great athleticism, Savaiinaea would learn from some of the best veterans in the league while developing.
29. Buffalo Bills
Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Height: 6'5"
Weight: 265 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: This wasn't a great season for the uber-talented Mykel Williams, but someone has to take him in the first round. His burst and closing speed are too freaky not to roll the dice on.
An ankle injury robbed him of what should've been a breakout campaign, but it wouldn't be surprising if Williams is a much better player in the NFL after uneven playing time and availability at Georgia.
30. Minnesota Vikings
Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 190 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: Minnesota has to make a tough decision at quarterback this offseason, but it shouldn't be difficult to focus on adding talent to its defense early in the draft.
While Brian Flores might like working with grizzled veteran corners, Trey Amos gives him more flexibility to whip up unique concepts. Speedy, tall, and a reliable finisher in space, Amos has a complete game that fits best with zone-heavy approaches.
31. Detroit Lions
Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Ole Miss
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 255 lbs.
Class: Senior
Fit: There are few choices for standout talent left, but Princely Umanmielen is still a potential first-round candidate.
The Lions desperately need a player to pair with Aidan Hutchinson, especially given Hutchinson's injury situation. Umanmielen brings remarkable speed, excellent flexibility, and a strong work ethic, making him a perfect fit as a secondary pass-rusher.
32. Kansas City Chiefs
Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 205 lbs.
Class: Junior
Fit: Kansas City has few immediate needs, so going with the top playmaker available only strengthens its outlook.
Malaki Starks can do it all at a high level, but safeties have been devalued in the NFL. Starks' range and physical tackling prowess will endear him to coaches and fans alike, and he has the instincts to become a Pro Bowl starter.
